Not only does your dollar help feed those in need but through our partnerships we are able leverage you donations to buy food at a discount. In this way we are able to turn every dollar you donate into $3 on average. Imagine that, every dollar you donate to The Food Pantry of Indian River County turns into three dollars!

With our low overhead structure, you are virtually guaranteed that your donations go directly to the purchase of food, at very advantageous prices. We are a 100% volunteer operated organization and operate out of space donated by a local church.

Our food purchases our focused on non-perishable staples such as pasta, rice, tuna, peanut butter and jelly, canned meats, fruits and vegetables. We buy food in bulk at substantially discounted prices stretching dollars.
